C & IP Forms

Read and understand the course Confideniality and Intellectual Property Form. The legal implications are described in the syllabus. To participate in the course, you must agree to the C&IP policy by signing the agreement. You sign six copies of the agreement, one for each company participating in the course.

Sign six copies of the signature page of the agreement, one for each company. Leave the Company side blank, fill in the Participant side. Print off the web site if you did not get the six copies in the first class. There will be six folders in the classroom. Place one signed copy in each folder, then check your name off on the roster sheet.
