Dan TitcombDan Titcomb is the managing principal of Pulse Innovation a medical device development company with offices in Minneapolis and Milan, Italy. He started his career in 1977 as a mechanical engineer for St Jude Medical. As its 18th employee he developed an aortic valved graft which is still being sold today. He has been involved in the product development consultancy business since 1984 and managed literally hundreds of programs. In 1999 he began using ethnographic research techniques and in combination with industrial design tools has developed Pulse’s unique "Discovery" process. |
